
How to Write a Position Paper?

Committee: Delegate's assigned topic
Topic: Delegate's assigned topic
Country: Delegate's assigned country
Delegate: Full Name

The first paragraph should be about the topic the delegate was assigned. This includes, general information, United Nations actions on the topic, and information of the delegate's committee.

The second paragraph should be about the position regarding the topic of the delegate's country. This means, the actions and the current situation of the topic in the delegate's country. (posture and actions).

The third and final paragraph consist of the delegate's solution to solve the problem. The delegate needs to include at least 3 solutions.

Is important to also include sources (the links of all the website you use to gather the information necessary in your position paper). This is inlcuded in the last page of the position paper. The secretariat highly suggest to add the sources in APA Format.
